In November 2010, Antoninho Guterres Ximenes registered Star World with a single service: electrical installation. He chose it because he understood it deeply, and because he knew that a rapidly developing nation like Timor-Leste would always need professional, reliable, certified electrical infrastructure built to last.
Sixteen years later, the Electrical Installation division remains the technical heartbeat of Star World Holdings, staffed by 25 certified professionals, a deliberate blend of international specialists and Timorese technicians who learn alongside them, building the local knowledge base that Timor-Leste needs for decades ahead. The division has delivered projects for EDTL, the Ministry of Public Works, the Ministry of Defense (FFDTL), SECOOP, Timor Gap, ETO Tower, and CNI 22, a client portfolio that speaks to a contractor trusted at the highest level of government and private infrastructure in the country.
