The founder’s background as a trained geology engineer, combined with four years working on one of the Timor Sea’s most technically demanding oil and gas infrastructure projects, means Star World’s construction leadership understands terrain, material behavior, hydrology, and structural load in ways that most construction contractors in Timor-Leste simply do not.
