Clarita Boutique, Born from a Belief

Clarita Boutique was established by Star World Holdings as a standalone fashion and lifestyle destination, separate in aesthetic, identity, and purpose from the company’s industrial and commercial divisions, but sharing the same foundational values: professionalism, quality, and a commitment to serving the Timorese community with the standard of service it deserves.
The boutique was created in recognition of a gap in Dili’s retail fashion landscape, a space where women could find curated, quality fashion presented with care and sold with genuine personal service, without having to travel to Singapore, Bali, or Jakarta to find the quality they were looking for.
Named Clarita, a name that speaks to clarity, brightness, and brilliance, the boutique carries the same ethos as its tagline: “Where Every Woman Shines.” Not some women. Not the right women. Every woman who walks through the door.
The boutique is led day-to-day by Boutique Director Natacha Patrocinio Sarmento, whose personal passion for fashion, deep understanding of the Dili market, and commitment to exceptional customer service give Clarita its warmth, its style, and its heart.

Natacha Patrocinio Sarmento leads Clarita Boutique with the combination of personal passion and professional precision that a great fashion boutique demands. Her eye for style, her understanding of what Dili’s women are looking for, and her warmth with every client she serves are what make the Clarita shopping experience distinctive.
Under Natacha’s curation, every piece in the Clarita collection reflects a considered aesthetic, not just what is available or affordable, but what belongs in a wardrobe that is built with intention. She selects with the customer in mind: always asking, not “will this sell?” but “will she love this?”
